Location
Emergencies
Established patients may call the office number, (407) 366-7455, for any emergencies, at any time. Dr Pinkal Patel or nurse practitioner Kathryn Graves will be available for emergencies 24 hours daily. The receptionist or answering service can contact us if this need arises.
Insurance Information
We are currently participating with various insurances and an up to date list of participating plans can be obtained from the receptionist. Payment of charges is due at the time of services rendered. Please feel free to discuss any questions regarding fees with our office staff.
Refills
We provide refills for prescription medications at routine office visits. It is the policy of this office to not fill narcotics or antibiotics, unless the patient is seen by a provider. After hours refills will not be authorized until the next business day, unless a special circumstance arises. Please allow 48 hours for approved refills to be called or faxed in.
Results of Laboratory Tests
Results of laboratory tests, x-rays, pap smears, etc. will be called to you, or sent to you via our patient portal, as soon as feasible unless a return appointment has already been scheduled within a short time.

If any questions arise for the provider, they will return your call after the morning or afternoon office hours to discuss your concerns.
